NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-2299 CI 11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest to National Real Estate Services LLC, Successor by merger to National City Mortgage Inc., f/k/a National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Lawrence J. Olson; Gina M. Olson; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 7, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 45, Lellman Height Fifth Section, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat Book 18, Page 29, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
