Final Judgment was awarded on April 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-012294, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, RUBEN TEPETATE; ROSALBA HERRERA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on May 29, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
