YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PENTHOUSE VILLAS OF MORNINGSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 112, Penthouse Villas of Morningside, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4275, Page 962, as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 20, Page 112, as amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1318 Moreland Drive, #112, Clearwater, Florida 33764.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 3, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
