NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 09, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA008694XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A. F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-FFH3 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES 2004-FFH3 is Plaintiff and ESTHER HOFFMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 24th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF FARM 7 IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF PINELLAS FARMS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FROM THE SE CORNER OF THE SW ¼ OF THE SE ¼ OF THE NE ¼ OF SAID SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, RUNNING NORTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID FARM 7, 338 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE WESTERLY 125 FEET ALONG A LINE THAT IS 338 FEET NORTH OF AND MEASURED TO RIGHT ANGLES AND PARALLEL TO EAST/WEST CORNER LINE OF SECTION 1, THENCE NORTHERLY 104 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY 125 FEET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID FARM 7; THENCE SOUTHERLY 104 FEET ALONG SAID EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF FARM 7, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE SOUTH 54 FEET THEREOF.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
