NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09006878CI013, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2007-A, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2007-A UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAR 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and ANNA KWASNIK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNA KWASNIK; CHRISTINE T. TOCZEK A/K/A CHRIS T. TOCZEK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE T. TOCZEK A/K/A CHRIS T. TOCZEK N/K/A JANUSZ TOCZEK; TENANT #1; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 256.20 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF FARM 64 IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, PINELLAS FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LESS THE NORTH 100.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
