NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-019646, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and OREN B. GRACE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OREN B. GRACE; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST OREN B. GRACE, DECEASED; GERALD GRACE; ROSS STEWART GRACE; KAREN GRACE; UNKNOWN PERSON #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN PERSON #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 1, MICHAEL DICK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
