THE EAST 17.4 FEET OF LOT 28 AND THE WEST 43.9 FEET OF LOT 27, BLOCK F OF SEMINOLE LAKE VILLAGE 1ST ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 19 THROUGH 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
