NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-587 DIV 43A, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR21, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR21 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1,2006 is Plaintiff and NICANOR CABA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICANOR CABA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE ROCK SPRINGS RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, FSB; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
