Final Judgment was awarded on March 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-008598-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and DANIELLA VELEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A KYLE RITTER ; JOSE VELEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS SANDLIN N/K/A SPRING SANDLIN; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MARIA D. VELA; ALEXANDRIA E. VELEZ; LAYZA E. SANTANA; GREAT SENECA FINANCIAL CORP.; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CARMEL FINANCIAL CORPORATION, INC.; BANC OF AMERICA LEASING & CAPITAL, LLC.; SOUTHCHASE PARCEL 1 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHCHASE PARCEL 1 AND 6 MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on July 16, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
