RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 09, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006002-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and TAHIR A. KHAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 12, Building L, CAMELOT-BY-THE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3139, Page 222, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
