Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2013, and entered in 082011CA003632XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FORHSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2007-OPT1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1 BY AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC, is the Plaintiff and JAMES L. BRUNELLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES L. BRUNELLE; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on August 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 2549, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 29, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 22A THRU 22G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
