NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-837-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 28th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
2788 Inlet Cove Lane West, Naples, FL 34120
LOT 35, VALENCIA LAKES- PHASE 5-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 78 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
