NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 26, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-3781 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Fifth Third Mortgage Company, are Plaintiffs, and Daniel Marquez, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 28 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South of Tract 80N, Golden Gates Estates, Unit No. 21, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 81 and 82, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
