NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013, of the County Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 28th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Unit L-103, Beachwalk Gardens, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1235, Page 2065-2149, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
