NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 29, 2013 and entered in Case 11-2009-CA-002639 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA), is the Plaintiff and HECTOR CONTRERAS; OMAIRA SAGREDO; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 19, BLOCK 13, NAPLES MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 67 AND 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 5469 HARDEE STREET, NAPLES, FL 34113
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
