MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION-WMC4 1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and NARCISO DIAZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NARCISO DIAZ N/K/A LUCIA GONZALEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 28 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
