Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 21, BLOCK B, POINCIANA VILLAGE, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The real property address is 2839 Poinciana Street, Naples, Florida 34105.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3 day of June, 2013.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
