NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-03584 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Addis B. Benito, Luis E. Benito, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., a federally chartered savings bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 187, MARCO BEACH UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 55 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 987 ASTER CT., MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145-4408
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
