NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about April 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-08711 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of March 1, 2006 Morgan Stanley Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and Martha Juergens, Susan Dale, Heritage Pines Condominium Association, Inc., Palisades Collection, LLC, assignee of Chase Manhattan Bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
