NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-00572 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-PA4, is the Plaintiff and Leslie D. Henry, Tenant #1 N/K/A Patricia Hanna, Tenant #2 N/K/A Darryl Hanna, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
