NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1201075CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein US BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and ETTORE MANCINI, SUNTRUST BANK, MONIQUE MANCINI and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 28 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, GERMAN WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LESS AND EXCEPT;
THE NORTH 50 FEET PURSUANT TO THE STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4117, PAGE 977.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
