NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-002072, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-14, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14 is the Plaintiff and TERESA A. FICK A/K/A TERESA FICK; RANDY L. SCOTT A/K/A RANDY SCOTT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A DAVID JOHNSTON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 28th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK H, OF BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION NO. 9-F, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
