NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3 day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-008950, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and ELTON KARAJ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, EXCEPT THE WEST 20 FEET AND LOT 10, EXCEPT THE EAST 20 FEET, BLOCK B, FRANKS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
