YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the followine property in Collier County, Florida:
Apartment No. 205 of SAN MARCO RESIDENCES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 814, Pages 325 and 326, inclusive, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert J Bates, 1104 N. Collier Blvd., Marco Island, Florida 34145, on or before or within 30 days of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
