NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-007875 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, where in WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB N/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK , N.A., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST JOSE BALDEMAR, CONCEPCION LOZANO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, CONCEPCION LOZANO, INDIVIDUALLY, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer to the highest bidder for cash on May 30, 2013, beginning at 11:00 AM, at THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRIAL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 10, NAPLES MANOR LAKES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 86, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
