NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-003690 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , REBECCA L. EDWARDS A/K/A REBECCA LYNN EDWARDS A/K/A REBECCA LYN BOWERS; and MATTHEW B. EDWARDS; and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of August, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK B, WEST WOODS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 24 THROUGH 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
