NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-002091 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Liberty Savings Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and Anai Fabiola Aguilar Torres are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 25, PLEASANT OAKS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
