NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-011407 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, WINGARD, JEANETTE A., et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM., at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 5TH day of JUNE, 2013 the following described property:
LOT 6, MANATEE OAKS IIB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 116 THROUGH 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
