Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment for Damages and Judicial Sale entered on April 22, 2013, in Case No. 2013-cc-000354, of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida in which COLONIAL MOBILE MANOR LIMITED, LLLP d/b/a COLONIAL MOBILE MANOR is the Plaintiff and MARK HEADLEY and ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(s) are the Defendants, I, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT will sell at public sale the following property: a 1987 COAC Mobile Home, Vehicle Identification No. 19C2B0188H1000524. The sale will be held on the 28th day of May, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, of the Manatee County Judicial Center in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
