NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-004726 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, Plaintiff, and, TUCKERMAN, JEFFREY, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM., at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 5TH day of JUNE, 2013 the following described property:
LOTS 13 AND 22, OVERSTREET PARK, FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
