NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2013 and entered in CASE NO. 41 2010 CA 006625 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Scott Thomspen and Melanie Thompsen, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.comat 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 4th day of June 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 45, STONEYBROOK AT THE HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 2 AND 3, ACORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7668 Camden Harbour Drive, Brandenton, FL 34212.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
