NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-007422 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificate holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-12, Plaintiff and Diane Annette Newhouse a/k/a Diane A. Newhouse are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK E, BRADEN RIVER LAKES PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 42 THROUGH 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
