NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-001970, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and LARRY PENNINGTON; SHEILA K. ESPINO AKA SHEILA PENNINGTON AKA SHEILA K. PENNINGTON; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on May 30, 2013, at 11:00a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE, STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 31, BLOCK H, SANDPOINTE SUBDIVISION, 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
