NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 012731 SC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING. LP is the Plaintiff and, HUGO ANGELES OLAIDE A/K/A HUGO ANGELES A/K/A HUGO A OLAIDE; and ROSA ARRIAGA; and GE MONEY BANK are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 340, 5TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 33, 33A-33R, OF the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
