NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58 2008 CA 008465 SC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein National City Mortgage, A Division of National City Bank, is the Plaintiff and Andrey Andreyev; Lyudmila Andreyeva; Stock Building Supply, Inc.; Terry R. Hirter; L. Murray Fitzhugh, Esq.; Terry R. Hirter; John Doe; Jane Doe; and Covenant Homes, Inc., a Florida Corporation, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 30, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 1812, 37th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 4, 4A through 4H, inclusive of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
