NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 015605 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2006-AA3, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, is the Plaintiff and Michael R. Densmore, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 3, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain land described below situate in Sarasota County, Florida: Lot 60, Venetine Golf and River Club, Phase 3A-B, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 45, 45a and 45b, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
