NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 23, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-003109-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST II, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and AIMER MORA; MARIA GONZALEZ A/K/A MARIA S GONZALEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MOHAMMED SHALABI, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ENTESARA SHALABI are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 06/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
