NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-001181-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Brian E. Heater are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on May 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 66 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 23 OF LAKE THOMAS HOMESITES, THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 23 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE IN A GENERALLY SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE SOUTH OF SAID LOT, 16 FEET; THENCE IN A GENERALLY NORTHERLY DIRECTION TO A POINT 20 FEET EAST OF POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 20 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING A STRIP OFF OF THE WEST SIDE OF SAID LOT 23 OF LAKE THOMAS HOMESITES AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGE 25.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
