NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-000436 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and Aquisition Services as Trustee of Trust 675098734U/T/D 70/10/06 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on May 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23, GULF HARBOR VILLAS, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 68 AND 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
