BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF CENTER LINE OF RICHARDSON ROAD (OLD MYAKKA ROAD) AND THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF SAID ROAD, 2375.05 FEET; THENCE WITH AN ANGLE OF 90 DEGREES TO LEFT, RUN SOUTHERLY 30 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO CENTER LINE OF SAID ROAD, 142.1 FEET; THENCE WITH AN ANGLE OF 95 DEGREES 35' TO LEFT, RUN SOUTHEASTERLY 306.2 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO SAID RICHARDSON ROAD, 112.5 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY 304.3 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Choice Legal Group, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1800 NW 49TH STREET, SUITE 120, FT. LAUDERDALE FL 33309 on or before June 9th, 2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
