NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013 in the above action, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Sarasota, Florida, on May 28, 2013, at 9:00 am, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 36, Block 2531, 51st Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page(s) 8, 8A through 8GG, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
