NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 009873 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC., is the Plaintiff and LORENZO EMDEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORENZO EMDEN; MARTINE MCDONNELL; MARTINE MCDONNELL, AS SUCCESSOR CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE LILIAN VALDER LIVING TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 5, 1996; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTINE MCDONNELL; JOHN VALDERRAMA; JOHN VALDERRAMA, AS SUCCESSOR CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE LILIANE VALDER LIVING TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 5,1996.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN VALDERRAMA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; HOME EQUITY OF AMERICA, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on MAY 31, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, VILLA GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
