NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008164 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and DAVID BILLINGS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID BILLINGS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER OIEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on MAY 31, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 637, FOURTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 13, 13A THROUGH 13Q, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
