NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 002459 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and WALTER KANE; SHARON KANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON KANE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.

LOT 3, BLOCK 27, SOUTH GATE, UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PORTION DEEDED TO SARASOTA COUNTY FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES CONVEYED IN O.R. BOOK 2652, PAGE 1885, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
with the Street address of: 2900 S TUTTLE AVENUE, SARASOTA, FL 34239.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
