NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 009976 NC, Division: C, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DAMEN L. LEONE A/K/A DAMEN LEONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAMEN L. LEONE A/K/A DAMEN LEONE, PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; BANK OF AMERICA NA UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 205, BUILDING 6, A/K/A BUILDING 5180, SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005045834, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
with the street address of: 5180 NORTHRIDGE BLDG 6 205, SARASOTA, FL 34238.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
