NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2012-CA-003791 NC, Division: C of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff, and HANNELORE BEHN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HANNELORE BEHN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VILLAGE PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8424, VILLAGE PLAZA CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 4, PHASE D, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1220 PAGES 2018 THRU 2063, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1242, PAGES 105 THRU 106, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGES 32 AND 32A, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 2 AND 2A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3425 EL RADO COURT, UNIT 8424, SARASOTA, FL 34232.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
