NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 582008CA0158740000SC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Sarasota County's Public Auction website, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 30th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SUNRISE DRIVE, 495 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 150 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 100 FEET ALONG WEST BOUNDARY OF PALM AVENUE; THENCE WEST 120 FEET: THENCE NORTH 100 FEET; THENCE EAST 120 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
