NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006555 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and TERESA GIRIMONT, BROADWAY PROMENADE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., METRO GARAGE DOOR OF SARASOTA, INC., DELBERT KUSHNER, II and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1429, BROADWAY PROMENADE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2007099056, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
