NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001830 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage L.L.C., is the Plaintiff and Charles Gonzalez; Jane Doe, NKA Sharonta Hicks; Jennifer J. Gonzalez; and Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 28, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 49, Block 645 of the 14th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 13, 13A thru 13-Q, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
