NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008008 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND HADDAD; KAREN A. HADDAD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; ISLES OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
